it so p***** me off to finally realize that you just can't enjoy yourself without it. hobbies, pets, vacation, parties, trips, meeting new people, college, you name it

why does the quality of life depend on it

what bothers me is that everyone who works hard should have a decent and dignified life

please don't write about rich people being unhappy. at least they are unhappy in a dignified way and with style.

thanks.

ps) how do you become a manager or something, :)) are there people who can help you with advice, etc

if you are already at a job; work hard for the boss; ask lots of questions; be very reliable; go above and beyond what is expected from your job; ask others if they need help; ask HR if any advancement jobs are available.
college helps with managerial responsibilities and teaches you how to manage employees and paper work

I am not entirely clear what you asked. What was the question? Quality of life has nothing to do with money. My family didn't have a lot of money but we had a lot of love and a lot of fun. You can have the money; I can earn more. One just has to work.
