Stay away from sleep aids. Try getting some relaxing music, like ambiant stuff, Drone Zone, sorry, don't have a URL. Or if you have cable with music stations they have lots there. Meditation. Lie in your bed and stare at the wall, letting all the bad thoughts make their way out before sleep. A body pillow will be comforting and help you through your later months, too.

A cup of Chamomile tea about an hour before bed should take care of it. Safe and effective.

My wifey had the same problem. She even had some restless leg syndrome. The doc gave her ambien which worked pretty well.

you could perhaps look at natural alternatives, such as lavendar baths before bed etc, lighting certain scented candles, listening to certain calming and relaxing music
