But cream has an expiration date, for example you baked a cake (made of cream) and left it maximum three days, it gets spoiled, so sour cream has an expiration date.

it does get worse and that makes it deadly ( after it actually gets spoiled it will get u sick, lots of things are sour look at lemons)

Try leaving it on the counter top for a couple of days. Check it out then and you will see and smell why.

sour cream smells nasty when it goes bad, and it gets moldy also
