Drink driving is a criminal offence (your endangering your own and others lives) and it will show up on a CRB check.
I'm presuming your after a CRB for a job. Nobody expects people to be angels and the best thing you can do is declare it to your potential employers now.
I worked in a care home for a few years and the way my organisation dealt with it was to hold an investigation (don't be intimidated by the title - in fact get used to it if your working in the type of environment that requires a CRB check. The little hitlers love their investigations, it's a power thing!) and interview you over what happened.
Generally if you can show it was a genuine mistake and something you regret - and paid for (!) they'll probably subject you to risk assessments ect. CRB checks are more about making sure your not a pervert to be honest.
I've worked with a woman who had fraud on her record from her younger years and she worked for my organisation for over 15 years.
But don't be to confident about it, if your job involves driving they may not take you on over insurance costs.
At any rate the worst thing you can do is try to hide it, they will find out and just think your untrustworthy.

yes drink-driving is a criminal offence in so that if you drink and drive you are not only placing your own life in danger but the lives of others as well-as it is a criminal offence it will show up on a crb disclosure. a conviction arising from drink-driving will also remain on your driving licence for 11 years and the insurance companies will have a feild day with you.(assuming you can get anyone to insure you-my own insurance company won't insure drink-drivers) so the moral is-don't do it!!.

I don't know about state to state laws but here in WV drunk driving goes on your record period, whether it be motoring and/or CRB it is considered an offense. I work in life insurance and when I do a background check we run a medical and criminal check as well as license and it does show up

Drink driving is a criminal offence, it will show on a CRO in the UK.
I have just checked, it is classed as a criminal offence and stays on record 5 years or more.
CRB = Criminal Records Bureau.
CRO = Criminal Records Office.

Get a No Cost Background Check Scan at https://tinyurl.im/aH3Nq
Its a sensible way to start. The site allows you to do a no cost scan simply to find out if any sort of data is in existence. A smaller analysis is done without cost. To get a detailed report its a modest payment.
You may not realize how many good reasons there are to try and find out more about the people around you. After all, whether you're talking about new friends, employees, doctors, caretakers for elderly family members, or even significant others, you, as a citizen, have a right to know whether the people you surround yourself with are who they say they are. This goes double in any situation that involves your children, which not only includes teachers and babysitters, but also scout masters, little league coaches and others. Bottom line, if you want to find out more about someone, you should perform a background check.

Under statute law, drink driving is a criminal offence. It is also a motoring offence and will be recorded on your driving licence. Unfortunately, it will show up everywhere! I know, I got one about nine years ago and it still haunts me.
