I don't think so. Storm isn't that old and her hair has been white ever since she was a child,so her "other" hair should be another colour. If you want further clarity, why don't you ask Marvel or maybe even Stan Lee himself.

Although Storm's hair is white, I doubt that her body parts are white as well.

My guess is yes. She's had a head of Silvery-white hair since she was a little girl so it is likely her natural color. And most people's "Drapes match the Carpet" so to say.

Actually, her hair is silver white, and if you can't find out from the Black Panther, then i'm sure Forge may be able to tell you.

read the comics shes been with forge and the beast depending on different story lines...
and im sure not everything is white... you dont see her peach fuzz as being white do ya? cause everyone has it.
