It is rather simple and logical : that boy offers himself to that girl without asking her to do anything. It's like when someone offers you something for free and you think that it has little or no value. In order for a thing or a person to become important for another human being it needs to respect this algorythm : the effort to obtain something is directly proportionate with the value of that "something".
In life most free things are rubbish (exception from this rule are the purely altruistic actions - pretty rare themselves)

because in the grand scheme of things girls are always going to fall for the guys who have the "bad boy image" notice i said "girl". what you need to do is find you a woman!
