This is proposterous, and one heck of a conspiracy theory to boot. Iran just so happens to find itself geographically disadvantaged due to other global circumstances.
Iran obviously has a desire to be destroyed, as you have pointed out, they are surrounded. It further proves what egomanical maniacs run that country - who would be so foolish as to boldly proclaim aggression when the worlds sole Superpower is within fly swatting distance. What a bunch of nuts!
Although Iran may someday face Western "diplomacy" beyond more than using the "pen" it is unlikely that we precipitated the invasion of Iraq and occupation of Afganistan solely to be in a better position to deal with Iran. Your ideas are far-fetched, yet entertaining.

no the country of Iran is not going to be invaded they will kvetch and complain but in the long way Iran will be the Strong hand in the middle east and will have not liked the democracy of Iraq to soften it as it will we may see our grandchildren play together in peace someday in America
