He could create anything with a breath.....this story is highly symbolic and much was written simply for our benefit.....for our limited ability to take in what really happened. The Biblical "Truth" of what happened is in the Bible, even if much is in parable form. Jesus Christ taught almost all of His lessons with parables as well.
