They are both correct. The second one simply puts more emphasis on "sometimes" by putting it first.

I think the first one, because the sometimes is describing the worry and should therefore be right next to it in the sentence

Both are correct. I love adverbs (like the word "sometimes) because you can put them in so many different places in a sentence.

why do you need to worry so much? as long as the other party understand what you need to relay that should be fine :)
