I like a Maltese pie made of different cheese with peas in a filo pastry and also a soft fruit pie with single fresh cream.

Clarks pies(you can mostly get them in bakerys or fish 'n' chip shops)..made here in Cardiff in Grange town part of the city just down the road from me,..the meat and gray filling is wonderful.
but i do like good old apple pie too....but its a question to have it with either custard or ice-cream
