I feel this pain in my groin, it is just above my penis and to the left, I would say one or two inches below my waste. At first I thought it was a Hernia because I had trouble using the restroom that day, but its been two days now and I can feel it almost moving to the joint of my leg. Like a dull, I don't know the word so, but I used to feel it in my knees or other joints when they were; asleep or tired. My parents insist it could be my muscle. It actually feels better when i stand and hurts more when I sit. I dont' know what it is and it frankly frightens me. Any insit would be good, oh there is no noticable bulge so that also leads me to think it is not a hernia. However I am overweight and well fat. Anyway I guess the only other info to give is I push on the pain as almost to find something wrong so maybe I'm making it worse by pressing on it. Any help would be great, thank you.

Damn, your parents didn't take you to the doctor? I have no idea what it could be other than a hernia. But I wouldn't take any chances with it if I were you or your parents. I bet it's nothing serious. But you need to see a doctor because you don't know what it is. It might be something serious! You just should not take chances like that with your health. Good luck!

If you were older, I might consider prostate; but I suspect that you a young man. There is no organ on the left side that I would be concerned about with these symptoms. I'm very much leaning toward hernia also, although there is no evident bulge. The only other thing, and most common, would be a pulled muscle. Have you done any stained movement or exercise in the past week or so that could have caused this?

Tell your parents you need to go see a doctor....

It could be your Lymph nodes which are glands that play an important part in your body's defense against infection. They produce lymph, which travels throughout your body in the lymph system, and filters impurities from the body.

Testicular torsion which is the twisting of the spermatic cord, which cuts off the blood supply to the testicle and surrounding structures within the scrotum.

A kidney stone which is a solid mass that consists of a collection of tiny crystals. There can be one or more stones present at the same time in the kidney or in the ureter.

for my opinion , it may due to the pants that you wear is to tight or some sort like jeans material that when during you sit down, the pants have no room for your crotch area .
my advice try to wear a very loose pants , it might be really the answer.
over weight or fats have very difficult to find a correct size of pants to wear
