If you are talking about estrace...then you need to try cutting it in half,...you might not need that strong of a hormone..But if it is stress you are talking about try to find out what is causing it and of course, alleviate the culprit.

try stretching through out the day.
make sure you breath properly.
dont drink coffee or pop caffein can cause problems
make sure you get enough sleep and have some fun
if you know what is stressing you find out why it is stressing you and decide if it is really worth being stressed about. most likely it is about work and i can say it isnt worth it no matter how much you get paid. relax and becoem more care free. stress can end up causing a lot more than head aches so learn to calm down and enjoy life.

most common reason for headache is low energy level. if haemoglobin level is less than 90%, or you have low bp, you will have constant headache. eat healthy food. semi cooked vegetables, fish, carbohydrates, fresh fruits. no junk food. exercise at least 40 mins-5 days a week. deep breathe - 10 times a minute - for at least 2 hours a day. get your blood tested. if this regular course is followed in 3 months u would be OK.

see when they happen most also to reduce it get by urself lision

If you mean stress then yes.

Make yourself do some sort of physical exercise. Even if it's just a brisk walk. It will give you some time to be away from whatever is stressing you. Your body will release endorphins which make you feel better.

do meditation.meditate at least for 10 minutes.
it will definietly solve your problem.
