So, u have 2 gain skill in programming languages like C, JAVA, ASP, VB, Oracle etc. If u have extraordinary skill in C programming, u may contact microsoft.com They looks only for C programmers for software development.

convince them you are a maverick genius. make your resumes stand out, be unconventional in smart ways. develop excellent interview/communication skills. Zero in on a company and learn all you can about it beforehand. persist.
