I am attracted to a girl at work, she has a boyfriend, but yesterday she touched me on the ass, she gives me lots of eye contact, and smiles. but today she told me her boyfriend wants a break. the sexual tension is there between us, what can i do? We could end up kissing soon?

You need to tell her to keep her hands to herself and concentrate on your job. Work is not the place to be making out. Control yourself and remember that this girl has a boyfriend. If you want to have a relationship with her, wait until she grows up.

it's obvious that she feels the same way, so when the opportunity rises ask her if she will join you for a drink after work. After a couple of drinks the tension will be gone.

Take it easy first. She could be coming on to you because she's already about to break up with her b/f.
Take your time to commit with her until you are more certain. I wouldn't fool around with someone in my workplace. Its too dangerous.
It can come back and bite you. There is sexual harrassment in the work place.
The fact that she touched you is sexual harrassment if you wanted it to be.
