In moderation tea contains antioxidants that are good for you.
However both tea and coffee contain caffeine which can be bad in certain circumstances, high blood pressure for instance.

Pros and Cons for both. But, Tea is better, especialy fresh brewed, Green Tea. But, lately, I love the White Tea, as drink a lot of ice tea, and Lipton is the only REAL BREWED, and safer to drink, as the instant can cause kidney stones in men and women.
I don't drink coffee, but both coffee and tea helps you relax and great for constipation! My Doc stated for me to drink more tea. Not too much, now! LOL!

Tea is considered good for health due to its antioxidant contents. It is also anti-cancer as per the scientists. Coffee however is bad for health due to its high caffeine contents.

within reason, yes. Too much coffee isn't good but one or two cups isn't gonna hurt you. Teas are great for you.
I like green tea but at night I like to drink "Sleepy Time Tea" and I use one packet of Stevia in it and I love it...

Green tea is supposed to be very good for you. I once overheard a DR. ask a co-worker who was in remission from cancer, if she was drinking her green tea daily? You should limit your caffeine intake, coffee, soda, etc.
