What is the hot chocholate and pastry treat that the spanish eat??

I saw it on tv and it looks so good, I would love to make it. I think they diped the pastry in the chocolate. Thanks if you know :)

we have a place here that serve sopapillas for dessert with either chocolate or strawberriers.
