the behavior and nature of people depends upon the religion, culture, rules and regulation of the community. whoever follows their rules, they behave same way. so, you cant say that indian girls are shy and still livinfg in stone age, but they are respecting the values of social structure.
beside this, eastern countries are those, where the values of tradition, culture and consideration are well reserved and they are known with the same value.
Finally, I am not a indian..!

Indians are living in no more in a stone age than Britishers are. and please..... Indian girls are not at all shy... i am an Indian do you from my answer think that i am shy ? some girls might be shy because of the environment they are brought up in but and seriously .....do not group all the Indian girls as shy.

I am also an Indian. According to me indian girls are shy because in India girls are brought up in a way where they hardly talk to boys. Esspecially in villages.

The ruralite Indian Indiangirls are "bit shy" in nature, the urbanite are "bold and socialite" in nature and Indian abroad are "big exploit" in nature. But they are not living in stone age, if measured from any angle.

they aren't always shy. Maybe because of the may they are brought up, with different values and expectations from Western girls, they might be a bit more reserved

one of my best friends is indian and she is probably the loudest and the most upfront person i know...shes so b****y and tells everything to ur face...i know two other ones that are sluts so yeah...you shouldnt generalise...but its true, most of them in my grade are really shy...
