hi my mom's birthday is on 15th sep. i want to give gift to her.

Do not allow her to do any house hold things on her special day. Mom is God. Make her feel that you care for her. Take her to her favourite place/movie/outdoor. Give her your full attention on that day. I personally feel no gift will match this. ok ?

Why dont you consider taking her out for dinner somewhere nice.Mothers like those kind of things and dont really get the chance to get out of the house much.I think that'll be a nice gesture.Then maybe buy her something little to give her after dinner..then maybe go for ice-cream.

if you want to give a gift to your mom on her birth day then you should give her a beutiul photo of your dad and mom cominly on single photo.
just think about it. it is a very good gift for your mom.
