By worshipping an entity that Christians have proclaimed to be the source of all evil and suffering in the world, Satanists are openly provoking Christians; one could even go as far as saying "declaring war" on them, in a cultural sense.
Some Christians do get along with Satanists, putting their beliefs aside; others have trouble turning the other cheek (ironically enough ;) ).
The next question is, since Satanism only exists as a direct, negative response to Christianity, why do Satanists find it so hard to get along with Christians?

Satan is an enemy so If people are worshipping an enemy why should people get along with them. It's not only Christians that don't get along with them it's other religions as well as satanists are evil!

It's because most rational people are frightend by people who do things such as these(Satanic Rituals/Lavey, yes I read it):
A human leg bone or arm bone is used in Homage to Tchort ritual (p.137)
Woman dressed as nun urinates before group into a bedpan in the Black Mass ritual (p.43)
Urine is then sprinkled like holy water (p.44)
Man climbs into coffin with nude woman (or nude man if he is gay) in Le Epais ritual (p.59).
Nude girl is used as an altar (Satanic Bible, Satanic Rituals)
A human skull is used in Die Elektrischen Vorspiele ritual (Satanic Rituals, p. 109)
Or cannibalism (LaVey's "cannibal feast" of a human leg, Church of Satan/Barton(LaVey?), Secret Life of a Satanist/Barton (LaVey?), Satan Wants You/Lyons
Most people find stuff like this psychotic and crazy. So don't blame people when they act human!
If you don't tell anyone you're a Satanist, no one will ever know. Didn't LaVey complain about Satanitsts who "put on their Baphomets and went out to Denny's"?

Because according to the Christian religion there will be a war of good against evil. Therefore, Satanists are already our enemy. Does this make sense?

Its the word Satan that they dislike it reminds them of hell and they think (with very limited knowledge) that you worship Lucifer.
Those of us whom have taken the time to do a little research into the subject know that this is not the case.

It's so silly isn't it...Satan totally being part of their mythology and nobody else's you'd think they would be more inclined to take responsibility for Satan and Satanists.
