The only way you can get over shyness is by talking. Go up to him and talk to him about anything! If you're stuck, wait until he's doing something interesting and go ask him about it. Like if you see him reading a book, walk up and introduce yourself and ask him about the book. Then after you've talked a bit, exchange phone numbers. After that, you can call and arrange to meet in person more often, and you're all set! I recommend you limit your phone conversations to making dates though. Good luck!

Be yourself. Show your different sides such as your playful side, your sexy side, your fun side, and sweet side.
Depending on what you are like it changes how you should react. Some people are comfortable just saying things straight out, grabbing the persons *** and saying something clever, and some people just take things slow and enjoy the butterflies in the stomach feeling and the nervousness.
You can stare into the persons eyes telling them with only your eyes how you want them, or you could just flirt and see where it goes. You could just start out as friends and then get to know eachother then work your way up.

if you both seem to be getting along, then just keep talking to him...and if he acts like he likes you or she likes you then you might ask him if he would want your phone number so you two keep in contact and get to know each other better...
