Stupid question.. Big Jock is a legend in Paradise he won Europes top prize at the time with 10 home grown Glasgow bhoys and 1 from Saltcoats.. you wont even find a team of home grown players now let alone the best in Europe Mon's achievments are great but pale compared to Jocks. Go go Celtic.

considering Jock Stein won a load of league titles and domestic cups and he was the first British manager to win the European cup it has to be him. O'Neill is very good though.

Stein won 9 leagues in a row, plenty of cups including European cup in 1967, also reached final in 1971 and a few other semi finals and this was in the European cup where all the top teams competed unlike the UEFA cup.
Don't think any manager will ever match his record in Scotland
