It would be frustrating when looking at people who think it's funny to call themselves godisstupid. That indicates a lack of respect to God for your life on Earth.

Genesis 6:3 And the LORD said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also [is] flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years.
6:4 There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare [children] to them, the same [became] mighty men which [were] of old, men of renown.
6:5 And God saw that the wickedness of man [was] great in the earth, and [that] every imagination of the thoughts of his heart [was] only evil continually.
6:6 And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
6:7 And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.

Mathew 24:37 But as the days of Noe [were], so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
24:38 For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
24:39 And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

No, the Earth is frustrated when it looks at God. God's wholesale destruction (e.g., the Asian tsunami) makes us all cry!

I would imagine he's very frustrated, but he knows the time will come when the will be a new system on Earth, when people realize they cannot rule themselves and the Earth is turned back into a Paradise.

probably not. He knows even though we are too lazy to take the right action to make this world better, we for the most part know the principals involved in uncovering utopia.

Besides.. it would be awfully egotistical to think we are his only creation ;-) there are energies and realms invisible to the human eye.. and possibly the mind.

A (declaration) of immunity from Allah and His Messenger, to those of the Pagans .Go ye, then, for four months, backwards and forwards, (as ye will), throughout the land, but know ye that ye cannot frustrate Allah (by your falsehood) but that Allah will cover with shame those who reject Him.
