What did you do for your 21st or what will you do, i don't know whether to go out with my mates or do something wit my family instead b/c i don't see them til late and i won't see them all day but i don't want to upset them b/c if i go out with my mates it's like a direct snub to my family and vice versa so.....
should i stay or should i go.........

I don't know. I would stay with my family unless I was very close to my friends though.

Do something with your family earlier in the day and with your friends later on that night. Your family shouldn't be offended if you spent time with them already and probably understanding of the fact that you are a young woman who will acourse would want to spend her 21st birthday with friends. I don't remember what I did for my 21 st birthday oh now I remember,I was pregnant with my first child,no fun at all on that day so have fun for the both of us,okay.

Family is always first, your friends will understand. The 21st is such a major milestone that I think that it is special to honor the special occasion to spend with family. Arrange an alternative date of celebration for your friends, (like the following Friday night). Have fun and be responsible.

Spend your birthday with your family, and party hard with your mates on a different day next weekend maybe or the following day.

If you are going to be home late anyway, why not spend the night with your family, but arrange with your friends to celebrate your special day on a night when you have more time to get yourself dressed up to go out. That way you can please everyone and still do both things.

have it over the week, u can plan a theme for every day. u could have a prayer and thanksgiving day, thn u can have a charity day, then a family day, then a day with frnds and ofcourse a day with the special people in ur life. u could add a few more spices from ur end.

My 21st, i broke up with my one and only gf, of 4 years. Ruined everything (though twas not my fault). My moral is, family is what was important, as they stayed with me while the only other i've ever cared for went.

You only turn 21 once go party with your friends i'm sure your family will understand after 21 all u have to look forward to is DEATH...lol... Oh and be sure to have a designated driver!!!

y dun u hav a party tt both ur folks n ur mates can hang up together for a dinner at ur hse or some restaurant.. if ur folks cook, hav it at ur hse n let ur mates hav fun there. it will b awesome party..
after dinner, ur folks can rest, n u can hang out w ur mates at a cafe or pub for drinkin or a late movie.
anyway, my 21st bday oso falls on thur but its nx wk thur. hope u hav fun n happy 21st bday!
