its a personal choice. but practicing sikhs tend to keep them long. most young sikhs cut their hair coz its impractical to maintain such long tresses for a guy in today's hectic life

I know some people cut their hair , I think all depended in fashion
many people like style but their problem long hair that time they are cut own hair , but Sikh rule not to give the permission cutting hair this is same on all people

Guru Nanak the founder of religion, asked that man carry certain items on them Kais(hair), Kirpan(small knife), Kara(a steel bracelet) and Kacha (a type of under ware).
