Depends on where the Mars is made...UK Mars are better (no nuts) than the US ones but...
First you take a Tylenol
Then YES you eat the chocolate
Rub some Baby Ambesol on the aching tooth afterward (baby kind numbs the gum but the adult kind doesn't)

i certainly would like to eat those mars bars but i have tooth ache so i'll just forget about it but if the aching stops i'd really buy many and eat all of it

no.. it depends on how much my tooth aches actually.. but if it's a big mars bar wouldn't the tooth hurt more?? :)
