Depends on your skin tone.. as well as your natural hair color... Might be weird if you have red hair and eye brows a different color. And also keep in mind that red fades sooooo fast I had red highlights before and they faded quickly... It is a very cool look though

Depends if you really want it red. It will fade eventually so even if you don't like it you can always just leave it alone or re-dye it back to your natural color.

I dye dark brown.
Yeah i like to try red but i think its too clowny for me. Not match my skin color.

You should only do it if you do ALL your hair. It's very disappointing to expect a firecrotch and end up with a haystack or burnt bush.

only natural red heads have the most fun. if you want it to look natural then dont do it. but if you want it to look fake, go ahead.
