Yes. The Holy Qur'an repeatedly makes clear that it is Divine.

"(This is) the revelation of the Book in which there is no doubt, from the Lord of the Worlds." (32:2).

"Verily this is a Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds" (26:192).

"(It is a Revelation) sent down by (Him), the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful" (36:5).

Quran is a holy book. It does not lay claim on anything. Whatever is written in the Quran is the word of Allah (subhan-aw-taala). Quran by itself is a divine book, no questions asked. and whatever revelations were sent down to prophet Muhammad was written by the the well read people those days as Prophet Muhammad was an illiterate. he used to recite whatever was revealed to him and that is how it has come down in parts and was compiled in its present form during the prophets time. each and every word in the book is from allah. Not man made. so you can say it is a divine book. and there have been no changes in that divine holy book till today and inshallah will remain so till the end of this world.

Yes. The Quran claim divine status for it self in many verses and Muslims should not question that. Many Muslims rulers based their authority from the Divine Quran not from democracy and that some times lead to dictatorship and misinterpretation of the Islam.

Surah TaHa

We have not sent down the Qur'an to thee to be (an occasion) for thy distress,

020.003
But only as an admonition to those who fear (Allah),-

020.004
A revelation from Him Who created the earth and the heavens on high.

And also in surah Burooj

Nay, this is a Glorious Qur'an,

085.022

There are more places but this should suffice. i think.

The Holy Qur'an is the divine, uncreated word of God.

Will they not then ponder on the Qur'an? If it had been from other than God they would have found therein much contradiction and incongruity. (al-Nisa’, 4.82)

yes! the Noble Quran is a divine revelation from the Allmighty!!

to my friend de rak,
no that's not true, the Quran was written by men who wrote the revelation as it is. it's different from the way the bible was written though. it's the Literal words of God himself, it's like God is speaking to us and showing us the way.
the work of prophet Muhammed is narrated in something called Hadith ( things that the prophet have said)
seera (biography of Muhammed)
sunna (the way the prophet lived his life and his work if you like to call it so )

peace.

The followers of islam call it 'divine', 'glorious', 'noble', etc., but the book (qur'an) nor any of its authors never labeled as such (divine, glorious, noble, etc.) I believe that it all depends on who reads it and how he/she has been touched by its teachings.

Your question is unclear. The Qu'ran was written by people that witnessed the works of muhammed.
