Alright, I am a 21 yr old male, have been told by people I am good looking. Yet, I cannot seem to not be able to get a girl anymore, it was different when I was in the Navy. I was able to get laid all the time, now getting laid for me is like being able to eat Grey Poupon once every five years. Hell, now even masturbation has lost it's touch. Any ideas please. I am slowly going insane, I need to wake up with a woman by my side again. I miss it!!!!

All of us have had those times. You are only 21, so it could not have been THAT long. Take the time you have alone to GROW as a human. Learn stuff, do stuff, BE someone.
Amazingly enough, as you grow and develop, you will attract new people. I have seen alot of people who have that "hot streak" where they are very attractive to people around them, and then everyone else moves on and they are no longer that attractive.

Quit trying so hard, women can smell desperation. Just go to a club/bar/whatever and have fun, relax and don't worry about picking up. Women love a confident man and a man that doesn't have to pick up and get laid to have fun is a confident man.

stop stressing dude. if you live near a military base then you're still good. lots of wives wait for their husbands to go on deployment and then find a temporary replacement. seriously, especially navy wives.
be confident in yourself and the women will come to you. a woman can sense if you're desperate and it's such a turn-off.

Don't look for it let happen. It will come to you we have all been in a slump. Make sure your appearance is up to par, where a nice Cologne and relax. And remember good conversation is the key, it matters more than looks.

Well...have you been trying to get with women? Or wallowing in your sorrows? I think you should start talking to people, going to clubs, whatnot...meet some more people. But...are you only interested in a one night stand? Or did you want a relationship? And...masturbation can get old quick...I agree ^.^
