My old computer never came with the disk (Windows 98) and someone gave me a computer that I want to put Windows 95 on.

Nope, you can't download it ..but you may be able pick up a disk cheap on e-bay or from a friend who has upgraded to XP. A second hand computer store may also have them for cheap..

Win95 and Win98 OS are outdated and Microsoft doesn't now provide any support.

You cannot download them freely.

Effective July 11, 2006, Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, and Windows Me (and their related components) will transition to a non-supported status. After this date, Microsoft will no longer provide any incident support options or security updates. Microsoft is not offering a custom support agreement for these products.

yes you can, (not legally ) using something like e-mule but be careful of getting caught and viruses
