No they dont. The whole notion of 'love' in a romantic sense is manufactured. Of course people have feelings for each other but the notion of 'oh, I'm in love' is just something that society makes you want to think the feeling is, which is usually just lust or deperation or you want something they have e.g. lifestyle, looks, popularity, money etc..

you think you love him? ask yourself do you really know him..
i doubt this , because love is thinking of what is best for the one you love and if you cause his relationship to falter, well that's not loving at all... at least not true and mature love...
just find someone else and move on...
