My family and friends. Many things keep me from thinking about dying. I enjoy reading about our future and our past. I love thinking about the universe and what it may hold. I love life, everytime I stare at the sky, the trees and all of natures beauty and then think of our technology and human advances people didnt have back then (it could of made the life they had more enjoyable) i start thinking, "I am glad i lived to this point." I also have faith in religion and it helps get me through. I wouldnt want to kill myself or to think about dying. Not even if i hit bock rottom. I do wish i had a lot of money to have more fun in my life (and for my family) but that is why i am continuing my education to have a more properous career and hopefully have more life in our time.

The belief that there are still things I can do to make life better. When My Steve committed suicide last December, I could have decided that I had nothing left to live for myself. But oddly enough, I never even seriously considered following him. I know that I still have a good mind, a few good friends, and a body of knowledge and skills. That is, I can still be useful to my country, and to my town.

I'm working on opening a bookstore, one of the most influential retail operations possible.

The fact that amongst all the sadness and hostilities in this world if you open you eyes, your heart and your mind there is still so much love, friendship, camaraderie and happiness in this life to make it enjoyable and worth waking up every morning for. Also my wife, my children, my grandchildren and all my family and friends. Couldn't think of a better reason than them to go on living.

God has made me for a special purpose. In fact each one of us are designed specially for some purpose. We are designer ware. We should be proud of ourselves because there is no one else in the whole world like me or you in specifics. That is why, the onerous task of fulfilling the great Creator's wish is what eggs me on to go on an on in this world full of darkness and chaos. Ultimately, in God's time, peace will return to earth. Until then, let's contribute our part and leave the rest to God.

Good physical and mental health. Renewal of everything in life everyday, every moment ... forever until the last breath. What is happening to the world is just normal. We are born predators in a big jungle. balance between physical power and intelligence for one purpose : biological survival. Every other feature of life is a consequence.

What inspires me is that I have the chance to try my best to make this world a better place. I know I can't do it on my own, but if more people tried I'm sure we could accomplish something.

I try not to think about it too much.
That doesn't always work, so..
I try and focus in on all the children I want to have in a couple of years, and that puts me in pretty good spirits.

The state of the world right now IS very depressing, though.

Well, war isn't everything. Especially in those places where there is no war. But even in countries at war, there must be something to live for. At least, the hope that war will end soon.
