What is the difference between microsoft windows xp PROFESSIONAL & microsoft windows xp HOME(in their composition and structure)?

is for job example work in your office with your computer.
it's more useful for office in your job.

They are both based on NT-kernel, but Home is stripped with many advanced networking auxiliary programs. Although I think Home can be illegally modded to be Professional (just as NT Workstation can go under same process to be NT Server, meaning they share the same composition and structure).
