if you took them or know someone who did; how long did your/thier hair grow? and how long did it take for your/thier hair to grow?

GNC has a supplement called "Nourishair" that makes the hair grow faster, you can read what's in it by googling it.
Also ProCaps labs sells a "hair skin and nails" formula that does the same thing, supports hair growth and health
If you take only Biotin alone, make sure you take at least 2.5 milligrams or 2500 micrograms [the same thing] a day because thats' a good amount to take. I use the Nourshair supplement from GNC now and my hair is growing faster than it did, but it took about 6 to 8 weeks of daily use to see results.

Yes it is true it also makes your nails grow faster but if your not pregnant than dont take them just to take them to get long hair.Llike every other drug if taken unnecessarily theirs draw backs or symptoms you never want or expected.

I'm assuming they do having all the supplements in them I'm buying some tomorrow so wish me luck i want my hair to grow more too.

When I was taking them I didn't notice any difference in my hair growing...
