Hey there, I'm really skinny and im just sick of it, i need to start beefing up. Im not wanting to be the size of a car, i just need to gain around 10-15 pounds as fast as possible, in fat. Might sound really nasty, but if you were like a stick you would do it too.

oh if only we could work out a transplant - I'd be right there donating.

Review what you eat daily, have an idea on the averge day what you take in to keep the size you are. Add something more to that, something healthy, like a Slim Fast drink, or Ensure, something that is calorie laden but also has vitamins. Or start to have a dish of ice cream during the day and add an extra fruit in the evening. If you are a girl you most likely need 1800 to 2000 calories her day, more like 1800 if you are small. so you need to add a couple of hundred calories per day. A man would be more like 2000 to 220o need to add a few more, a dish of ice cream, some extra fruit in the evening and a few graham crackers.

Do it slowly though, you don't want to add a bunch of excess fat - because trust me, it may be 10 to 15 pounds but you cannot control where it goes on.

In the pharmacy section of stores, they have powders you can mix to put on weight. Body builders use them, and there are also products like Ensure that replace meals. You could also lift weights to gain muscle weight, which is a lot healthier than fat weight.

Go to your local health food store and buy a protien drink mix. It is what body builders use to put on pounds and build muscle while they work out, but if you don't work out and drink it you will gain fat. I can't remember the name of it but the sales clerk will know, it comes in flavors like chocolate and strawberry.

Eat more junk food and don't exercise for while. Have lots of ice cream and mashed potatoes and pork chops. But watch your cholesterol.

try prenatal vitamins. or eat a lot of stuff high in carbs

try drinking ensure...eat lost of fast food.
