I don't know why but whenever I look at my son I just want to cry and sometimes I do. He is just so beautiful, he is like my angel.
Does this happen to anyone else? Is it normal?

It depends on how severe it is and if it's affecting your or your son's health and safety. How old is he? It could also be your hormones acting up.
