NOTHING EVER TASTE AS GOOD, AS BEING THIN FEELS.

It won't be worth the deep regret and letdown you'll feel later. Sometimes it's confusing late at night because you feel hungry but you can just as easily go to sleep. Try and get some rest and the hunger will subside. If not at least you'll have waited until closer to breakfast time. But don't give in on your commitment. Snacks are not worth taking away all the effort you've put into so far. No matter what, even if you've been dieting for one minute, one hour, one day, a week even a month, you had to make mental changes to get where you are. Stick with it and I wish you well.

Take a deep breath, relax, drink some water, and sleep. Just remember to think again than acting impulsively. Just remember the consequences. You're gonna eat this late (again) then after eating you'll regret that you ate this food? If you keep on giving yourself excuses then regret later, you might just stop asking for help because the only person who can help you is yourself. Sorry for being a bit harsh... :)

A moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips.

You'll regret breaking your diet. Stay strong, stay disciplined. You'll respect yourself in the morning.

Tell yourself that you will give yourself a treat tomorrow. Late-night munchies are the worst, but you can control them as long as you distract yourself. Fill a bottle up with water and drink that instead.

Mmm I just had nachos smothered with ground beef, cheese, sour cream, chives, jalepenos and beans. That was my dinner. I work the grave yard shift.

Don't think about warm chocolate cake and vanilla ice cream or hot out of the oven chocolate chip cookies. Whatever you do think not of warm girahdeli double chocolate brownies...if you don't you should be ok.
