Yeah when it is almost white and fried looking. Thank goodness I am NATURAL!!!!!

Don't think they're really trying to fool anyone. Its just the look they want. People do all kind of things with their hair from shaving it off, to versions of the Mohawk, to dying it multitudinous colours. As long as they enjoy it, what does it matter?

One older woman came into the beauty school I was attending and her light ash blond hair was the texture of straw. NO amount of conditioning helped. It wasn't very flattering, I can tell you.
