Shall I put a shelter/cover for the aircon compressor? It is directly under the sun everyday...?

if yes, where can i buy or DIY such a 'shelter'?

Definately.....but it needs to be well ventilated. The cover will help it cool more effeciantly and protect it from the elements

Not necessary, by putting a cover for the aircon compressor, it shortened the lifespan of the compressor.

Yep, definitely. These prevents the compressor from tarnishing/overheating/warping. Use light wood posts and canvas 'roof'

There is no need for a cover. These units are designed to be in the dirrect sun.
