I was 19 when I had my daughter. She too, was 19 when she gave birth to my granddaughter. We both had the same due date, May 22 (20 years apart). We both had c-sections at the same hospital. To add to the wierdness....her divorce was final on the 20th anniversary of her Dad's passing (brain tumor).
I told her to stop reliving my life and have a life of her own:-)

I was 19 when I had my first daughter, she wasn't planned as her Dad and I had only been together for 6 weeks.
I can happily say though that we are still together 8 years later and have another girl (she was planned!) and are still going strong, I don't think it matters what age you are as long as you are prepared and know what you are getting yourself into. Or at least have a slight idea of how hard it is going to be, you can never be fully prepared! You just have to know that when they are screaming for no reason in the middle of the night and the only thing that you want to do is sleep forever, that it will get easier one day! Then when that day comes you will be wishing they were tiny babies again!!
