I know most of her likes and dislikes. The reason I hadnt popped the question when she was single is because I get incredibly nervous and get scared of asking her. Her best friend hates because I once insulted her. Im not sure about this but every time she has seen me looking at her she smiles at me.

Just be happy for her at the moment, and if their relationship doesn't work out, be there for her and wait before she's completely healed before finally popping the question.

Oops! Unless you want to be either "the guy who messed up my relationship with X" or "the guy who TRIED to mess up my relationship with X," it's best to get out and date new people, stay in touch, and let her see where this current relationship is going.

Can you handle that? If not, if you're sure she's The One and you'd rather be without her friendship than stay silent, then it's time for the "I love you" talk - in private, and only if you're SURE, and ready to walk away if she says "Forget it - I'm in love with X." At which point the friendship may be over, unless it mends with time. You need to think seriously about this before you risk it.

If not, if you just like her a lot and think she's hot, then it's time for plan A, dating other people and seeing her once in a while.

You should plan it so you run into both of them sometime, shower and dress nicely to impress her. Wear some of her favorite cologne. Then hit him over the head with a brick, donkey punch her in the small of the back and drag her home by the hair.

And her friend, too...

Oh my, if she has a boyfriend right now, dont mess up a good friend ship. If its meant to be, boyfriend will be out of the picture then you move in. But until then, just continue to be a good friend.

he's smiling because you're her bestfriend.. just be happy for her for now.. if she's single, and she likes you back then go for it!

if you can't deny your feelings, then just tell her straight out, tell her you just want her to know that you think of her as more than a friend.. and you'll be there for her.. make sure to tell her that you're not trying to ruin her relationship with her BF.. you're happy for her but you just want it to be said..

Well if she breaks up with her boyfriend then ask her out and be brave. YOU ask her NOT someone else. Don't ask her if you think it will ruin your friendship with her. But if you really like her ask her. Don't screw up though.
