I have eye witnesses of about 10 other kids and 3 adults. I plan on asking them for what they saw when i do take this to court, my sons have no reason to lie, they have never done anything wrong. they were raised to respect adults no matter who they were.

if i may ask was your son placed in custodial arrest or set free immediately, if he were handcuffed that's for the officer and your son benefit safety so it would not get out of control maybe little intimidating after all they are kids(whom some are violent but the officer was not aware of your son past history good or bad), dad i would talk to the adults and see what their view are now and will they be willing to testify? at same time inquire if the police cruiser is equipped with video and sound, is the officer long time on the job or his he one of the macho attitude and wanted to impress the public)the last really has no merit to whats happening to you and son pursuit in court

You might try a civil action in federal court.
Contact some high power attorneys that will take the case on a contingency fee basis.
Although not many lawyers will want to take on abusive police because it can be very dangerous to go against abusive psychotic police officers.
The police have a way of killing people that go against them and it is extremely dangerous to challenge them.
Your children could wind up missing or mysteriously killed or wind up in prison.
