I have garden tomatoes and want to make a fresh tomatoe sauce. Can I freeze it for later use?

Yes, i just asked my mum, you can even frezze the actual tomatos :)

Sure -- it's nice in the middle of winter to open up a container of sauce made from fresh tomatoes. I freeze homemade tomato sauce all the time.

The worst that could happen is that the sauce may be a little watery after being frozen. If so, just cook it down a little more and stir well.
