i've been with my boyfriend for 1 month and we've known eachother for 6-7 months, we liked eachother from the begining but we were gettin to know eachother better, he is shy, or too shy. when we are together he treats me like his girlfriend and he's very sweet and nice. But he doesn't call me. usually when we talk on the phone "i call him" we dont talk alot we stay quiet sometimes... i guess he doesn't like to talk on the phone, or maybe he's shy n he doesn't know what to say? should i be mad at him cuz he doesn't call me?or he doesn't care? or there is guys out there that dont like to talk on the phone or they r shy n dont wanna talk on the phone cuz they dont know what to say?

I can honestly say some people, like myself do not like to talk on the phone often! I prefer to text, or IM, maybe you should try one of these sources of communication, because it sounds like he does like you!

True that not all people are "phone- eees". I think that he may not be great at creating conversation, but most likely is talking in reaction to what you are saying.
If it really does bother you that he doesn't initiate phone calls then ask him why. Ask him if he would like you to continue to call him ,or if he'd just like you to call to make plans to be together in person and that's all.
If he doesn't have a really valid reason then maybe he likes you, but isn't interested enough in the relationship to have to work at it from his end. I know that sucks to hear, but better that you find out for yourself either way, then you can continue the relationship or move on to someone that wants to work on a relationship "with" you.

he really might be too shy for the phone. Call him but not every day. Make a list ahead of time of things you two could talk about. That will help him get more comfortable conversing.

there are some guys like that. they just need to be pushed a little more i guess. You guys should do some activites together. Then you will have stuff to talk about later
