Husein's attempt on Bush Sr.'s life was the entire reason Bush Jr. invaded Iraq! Well... that and oil. Saddam was a nasty person, sure, but he really didn't pose a threat to us when we declared war on his country.

Neither. I believe that George W. was just finishing the job his father started. In other words, this was a well thought out HUMAN plan. Sadaam was not punished by God and has not been really punished at all. But we digress, what about the master of the 9/11 disaster, Osama Bin Laden?

I believe there is no coincidence, Saddam Husein is getting what he deserves regardless of that one incidence. In the end, even if it's after death, everyone will get they deserve.

Do we, for our own liberal political justification, just conveniently forget that Saddam Hussein was a tyrant and the murderer of over a million of his own people?
Apparently getting him out of power and saving lives of Iraqis is no issue compared to short-sighted bashing of our President.
If Hussein were still in power today, committing atrocities and allowing Al Qaida to operate in his country we would justifiably want his removal - but it's been done - and it is amazing that so many forget what happened in recent history and think our administration are just war-mongers.
The great problem in America today are idealess criers with no sense of history that should be glad someone is protecting them while they whine.
Saddam is getting justice - it comes in many forms.

It is God's will at this time for Saddam to go through the punishment he absolutely deserves. Anyone who would kill that many people just because he felt like it deserves extremely severe punishment.

Um, more like Georgie Jr. wanted revenge for Daddie dearest, and his humiliating defeat. Most certainly NOT a coincidence. If there's ever a George III, I'll put my money on yet another "War on Terror" in Iraq.

God is very active in all of our lives whether we are willing to acknowledge that or not. No deed goes unnoticed by Him, and yes he does very clearly state, "Vengeance is mine saith the Lord. I shall repay." What goes around comes around...
