I saw a new co-worker that just got my attention, she's cute and alil' to shy for her own good, but im a shy guy. I just tryed friendly conversation, showing off.But I just dont know what to do to get her attention ?

just start up with being friends,i mean u can help her in the office since she is new, but please do not overdo cause this will make her think negative just be cool and try slowly coz it will take time and first of all respect her, and do not ever make awkward situation in office.. and never ever disclose ur feeling with ur other collegues in the office.

u know, u have to win her attention by ur attitude. the way u talk, not only to her but to everyone around u.
the way u dress,the way u eat,the way u drink....
everything.coz girls pay attention to every small detail.
and at the end be urself....

since she's new, you might volunteer to show her around and tell her how things work in the office.. you can introduce her to the friendly people... she'll see you as her "first friend".. then maybe you can get to know her more.. :D

be a gentle man and yourself. don't put a cheerleading calendar poster in you cublicle that is such a major turnoff. and make sure she is single.
