Me and thsi one girl started our same job on the same day, All the guys there hit on her and when they ledt her alone we stated talking and now we are basically thonly ppl we talk to at work. I already asked hewr 4 her # but all she has is a home phone and she doesnt give it out.We talk to eachother everyday and we both start the conversations so its not just me. We talk on our breaks if its at the same time and we talk while walking to our cars. Its alot of good friendly talking and laughin alot. Ive been wanting to ask her to dinner or a movie or to just hangout but havnt worked up the courage to do it yet (im too shy) What im wondering is does it seem like shes into me? Is she waiting for me to ask her out? Is there interest here?

It would really help me to know the ages of the people involved here. If you are still teens living at home, she may not be allowed to give out her number, but if your both older and she has her own phone and just doesn't give her number out, that is an all and all big red flag in your direction. She probably senses you want more than a friendship and is politely saying she just wants to be friends. I could be wrong though...try this...during one of your talks, reach up towards her face as if you are fixing to move her hair out of her eyes or something...does she back up?...or does she sit there waiting for you to touch her face? a girls likes talking to u need not necessarily mean that she is into u.if she is into u u'll get those vibes from her and her eye contact with u will say a lot.read her carefully.if she has some feelings,u will sense it.u two seem to connect well so even if she isnt keen on anything,u can still ask her for a coffee.start small,go slow and pick up all the hints she gives.enjoy !

possibly... you'll only know if you ask her and if she shoots you down just give her some time and then ask again. maybe shes been hurt in the past and feels that she isnt ready to put herself out there again.
