It's not a sin. Nudity ny itself if both natural and appropriate in certain situations. It's certainly not sinful to admire a naked body. I go to the nude beach all the time, and believe me I've probably been admired by thousands of guys every summer...and I'm admiring their naked bodies as well.
It's not lustful and certainly not sinful...just a great appreciation of the fact that some people look great naked and are attractive to admire.
Skin is no big deal...we all have it!

It is not a sin to admire, it becomes a sin to lust over someone. Lust can lead to adultery and fornication among other things that aren't too cool in the eyes of the LORD.
