On the internet look for Tennessee Dept. of Corrections.
Type in the person's name you are looking for and if they are incarcerated, it will tell you where, why, for how long,
and it will show their mug shot and all the information they have. It will include their inmate number and if you have plans on corresponding with that person, you must always put that number on everything.
In many states you are only allowed to mail letters, greeting cards and photos.

you can't they are juveniles and the information is confidential. that is why their hearings are closed to the public and their files are sealed at 18 or in some cases 21. Trust me, i am a youth service worker who deals with juvenile delinquents all day every day and there is no way.
