My boyfriend is not in prison because he hurt me or our son. Our son was born while he was incarcerated.

If you are serious about wanting these answers check with your local sheriff's department. Ask to speak with one of the female deputies. Or you might want to check with the local parole board. There should be a phone number in the phone book. I'm having a hard time getting my head around you wanting to continue sharing your life with this person. Don't you realize you could be putting yourself and your child in harm's way. Maybe a good question you could ask your sheriff is how to get plugged into social services and get some professional counseling regarding some serious life decisions you are making. At this point all I can say is "I wish you good luck in your life".

Don't know where you can find the rules, BUT, do you really want a convicted sex offender living with you and your son?? I understand people make mistakes, but it's not just you that you have to consider. You have your son, too.

Go to the Government website page, and search Corrections. There should be information on Parole matters there. If not, call you local police station and they should be able to advise you re this issue.
