Well I guess I would be a hypocrite if I told you to not worry be cause im a Dad and I smoke with 3 of my kids the other doesnt smoke ,if it is just pot id say join in the fun.You never know you may like it .I am a true believer of legalizing pot it is no worse than alcohol and you dont get a hang over,medicinal should be legalized in every state

Hey, first off, sorry you had to see that.
Second, don't tell anyone else until you talk to your Mom about it. Wait until she isn't high and ask her why she does it and ask her if it is something she would want to see YOU do. Let her know you don't like it.
Third, if you don't like what you hear from her talk to another adult that you trust. Do NOT call the police on your Mom unless it is a big problem. Try to get help from your Dad or another adult like I said.

Uhmm she is old enough for that sort of thing but you are too young for it. Someday when you grow up you may understand the reason why she smokes.
In the mean time, just keep your cool unless her smoking is getting too bad then talk to your school councellor and ask for help.

No, but seriously, I wouldn't worry too much. I know no one likes to walk in on their mom doing something they weren't expecting, like doing drugs and doing some other dude. But be glad it's not crack or heroine. Marijuana is a very safe drug and it's nothing to worry about. If you get a little more comfortable later, you should try it with her. It's fun.
